There are not alot of profound

Things I have to say

I have put my feelings forward

And am living a new day

I want to write in earnest

Words that tell a tale

Of all the things encountered

Before they turn quite stale

Oh I am still happy

Don't get the wrong idea

But I would be even happier

If my true love were more near

He's off in his own world now

Trying to make his way

Trying to live more healthily

Every single day
